Jeff Dougherty - Owner
After graduating College with a BS in Marketing, Jeff Joined his father in The Sales Group in 1995 in customer service and quickly moved into sales and learning the Rep Business from the ground up. In 2004 when father Retired, Jeff assumed control of the agency along with his long-time coworker Bill Miranda. For the next 20 years the two grew the agency and transformed it from a Paint Sundries and Hardware Agency to a Decorative Hardware and Plumbing Agency, focusing on high end brands catering to the most luxurious homes in the Northeast. In 2018, the Agency expanded into the Mid-Atlantic Region to continue its growth. In 2024 along with his current partner of 8+ years, James Dozois, they acquired Creative Bath Sales and their whole sales team to continue the growth of their agency.
James Dozois - Owner
After graduating from New England College in 2000 with a degree in Communications and spending some time doing sales in the automotive industry, James took a position as a sales consultant working at Simon’s Hardware and Bath in NYC selling high-end architectural hardware and decorative plumbing fixtures in the retail and trade channels. Excelling in the sales consultant role, James quickly advanced to the position of technical sales consultant spending most of his time working directly with architects and designers, writing hardware, and plumbing schedules, and creating innovative solutions for unique applications to achieve form and function. James relocated back to New England in 2006 where he took a position with The Sales Group as a territory sales rep continuing to sell high-end architectural hardware and plumbing fixtures. In 2016 he became a partner and has spent the last 8+ years working closely with his business partners to grow the agency not only geographically, but by also adding to the salesforce and expanding exiting manufacturers, most notably with the recent acquisition of another rep agency, Creative Bath Sales.
Jerry Pedulla - Metro New York and Connecticut Sales Representative
Jerry Pedulla has over 30 years of experience in the bath industry. He began his career working for the family business, Pedulla Ceramic Tile, where he learned all aspects of how to run a business from importing, working with vendors, selling complete bathrooms and customizing window displays.
Jerry then moved on to work at a NYC showroom as a Decorative Hardware Sales Associate where he quickly became known for his attention to detail and the ability to find exactly what the client was looking for. After six months, he was promoted to Decorative Hardware Manager. The Major Appliance, Kitchen Design and Installation Departments were added to his responsibilities which led to becoming the Decorative Hardware & Plumbing Buyer for all three showrooms; responsible for purchasing, vendor relations and advertising.
Jerry's efforts led to the opening of two additional stores in NYC where he was responsible for managing 100+ employees and analyzing sales, profitability and margins as well as training and development of staff.
Jerry joined Creative Bath Sales as our New York and Connecticut representative in March of 2013 and has quickly become known by his customers as the rep that gets things done. His motto - "Make the impossible, possible."
Shyra Reiss - Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn Sales Representative
Shyra Reiss comes to Creative Bath Sales with over 30 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry. She started at the National Kitchen & Bath Association Metro NY Chapter where she scheduled, planned and coordinated meetings and shows for them for over 25 years.
After 15 years, Shyra added Manufacturer’s Representative to her resume by joining a well-established firm that worked with 14 upscale showroom lines. She fine-tuned her craft by visiting many of these manufacturer’s factories and then concentrated on the luxury side of the industry by calling on the best showrooms in the NY market.
She also works with Specifiers, Designers, and Architects to help them understand her lines better and assist her showroom clients in working with the Design Community. This results in getting her manufacturer’s products specified in projects of all sizes in the NYC market.
Shyra has worked with just two rep firms the last 25 years and her loyalty and hard work has won her the admiration of everyone who works with her. Her goal has always been to help her manufacturers and showrooms work profitably together.
Shyra joins the Creative Bath Sales New York territory team covering Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens.
Donna Barlow - New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Delaware and Maryland Sales Representative
Donna Barlow has been a member of the Creative Bath Sales team since January, 2007, and brings with her 25 years of sales experience as a Manufacturer's Representative in the kitchen and bath industry. She covers New Jersey, Eastern PA, Maryland, Washington DC and Delaware.
Donna is responsible for the territory maintenance, strategic business development and marketing / communications for each of the manufacturers we represent. She is a big believer in education and specializes in Product Knowledge seminars for her showroom accounts. In addition to calling on showrooms, Donna reaches out to the Design Community to assist Architects, Builders and Designers. Her goal is to get our manufacture's products in the plans and then be there for every step of the way to keep the process running.
Donna is a member of the local National Kitchen and Bath Association and has assisted in several events for that organization.
Staci Mendelsohn Meier - Architect and Designer Representative
Staci Mendelsohn Meier comes to Creative Bath Sales with 7+ years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry. She worked in fashion right out of college but found her true calling at a NYC kitchen and bath showroom.
While working in NYC, Staci easily connected with Architects and Designers and learned the ins and outs of the industry. Her specialty is specification and working with the A+D community to help them create the perfect Kitchen or Bath project.
Staci recently worked as a Manufacturer's Representative for a well established brand of high end bath fixtures. She was responsible for 17 showrooms in the Tri-State area, as well as working on specification by calling on architects and designers. Her new role will pick up right where she left off with her specification work. Staci comes to us with enthusiasm and energy to grow our brands.

Creative Bath Sales was formed in 2002 to offer the highest level of professional representation to those Decorative Plumbing Manufacturers who desire to be specified by the design community and sold through professional Bath and Kitchen showrooms.
We cover the five Boroughs of New York City, Rockland and Westchester Counties, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Washington DC.
We believe that education is the key to successfully drive this business. From the Architects and Designers through the Showroom Salespeople and their Clients, everyone involved in the selection and purchasing process needs accurate information to make informed decisions. We aim to provide that knowledge to deliver that business.
